Refund Policy

For the courses applicable, not all courses are covered under the refund policy. Refunds are only applicable if a refund policy is explicitly mentioned on the course landing page and checkout page.

At JoshuaArulsamy.com, we prioritize your satisfaction with the purchase of any of our products.

If you have diligently completed all the necessary work and still haven’t achieved the desired results with any of our products, reach out to our support group. We will thoroughly assess your efforts and strive to resolve the issue. In the event that you have followed all the necessary steps and are not obtaining satisfactory results, we will work with you individually to help you achieve the desired outcome. However, if we are unable to assist you, a FULL refund will be issued.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your refund request and completed assignments before 11:59 pm Indian Standard Time on the 60th day after your purchase. Please note that all refund decisions are discretionary*.

Refunds will not be provided after 60 days from the date of purchase, without any exceptions.

If you have opted for a payment plan, it is mandatory to complete all payments. Partial cancellations are not permitted to prevent fraudulent activity.

*Note: All refunds are discretionary. If you have solely downloaded the training materials (PDFs, audios, videos, etc.) and promptly requested a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request.

The purpose of this policy is to allow individuals to fully engage with the framework and, in the event that it doesn’t yield the expected results, enable them to recover their investment. It was not intended to facilitate individuals obtaining the training materials and then requesting a refund shortly afterward.

Once you have paid in full or selected a payment plan, downloaded the materials, watched the videos, and acquired the information, no refunds will be issued, and you must fulfill the payment plan if applicable.

If the payment plan is not completed on time,  Additional fees and penalties may be applied in such cases.

Moreover, if it is evident that your homework or tasks are incomplete or that you have not implemented the strategies taught in the course, your refund will be denied. Nevertheless, we will continue to provide assistance and support to help you achieve the desired results.

Please note that if you made the payment using PayPal, this refund policy does not cover PayPal’s buyer’s assurance. It is essential to contact us first at joshuaarulsamy@gmail.com before escalating the matter to PayPal to ensure that we can provide the best possible assistance and support. In the event that you request a refund and it is denied (for the reasons mentioned above), any subsequent escalation and refund through PayPal will also be denied, and you waive your rights to PayPal’s buyer’s assurance. Additional fees and penalties may apply in such cases.
