Payment Authorization: If you choose to pay by debit card or credit card, you provide us with authorization to automatically charge your card for the payment of your Program, Product, or Service, without requiring any additional authorization. You will receive an electronic receipt for the transaction.
Payment Due Date: If payment is not received by the specified due date, you have a three (3) day grace period to make the payment. Failure to make the payment within this period will result in the discontinuation of the Program, Product, or Service, and we reserve the right to immediately and permanently restrict your access.
Payment Responsibility: If you fail to make payment in a timely manner according to these Terms of Use or choose to voluntarily withdraw from our Programs, Products, or Services at any time, you will still be fully responsible for the full cost of the Programs, Products, or Services.

In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies or any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or as a delinquent account, which may negatively impact your credit score. Chargeback abusers seeking removal from the database must make payment for the chargeback amount.

REFUND POLICY

At Joshua Arulsamy, we strive to provide high-quality services, digital products, courses, coaching, and masterminds. However, unless otherwise required by law, we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for these offerings.

For purchases made towards the sisinty.com or vaibhavsisinty.com VIP Members group, no refunds are given. If you decide to cancel your monthly membership, your membership will remain active until the next billing cycle. At that point, your membership will be deactivated, and no further charges will be applied to your credit card on file.
